SOLD!

It sold!  The burned out house on Francis Avenue sold!  Woo hoo!

It was purchased by a landlord who turns houses like that one.  We closed last week and we're entirely out.
Finished.  Done.

    Hurrah for you guys! I'm glad you were able to sell the house. And thank you for keeping up with the blog, it gives me a chance to see what you guys are up to from way out in San Diego. I miss you guys! Love you all!
